Devon Family Resource works on an intensive 1:1 basis with families with emotional and practical issues; and with excluded young people to skill up and get ready for the job market. Highly competent workers, regularly supervised make this is a high quality and safe service.

One of the keys to our success is the range of skills held within the team. Family Support Workers come from a diverse range of backgrounds, including Education, SEND, Social Services, Children’s Centres, Health, Mental Health and Counselling, so we have access to an extensive base of knowledge and skills. All workers are DBS (CRB) checked and have appropriate Safeguarding training.

We are also able to gather information and write DAF assessements and plans, bringing home, school and other professionals together to meet the needs of the child.
